Dancing with the Stars 2010 – DWTS Dances, Recap

April 6th, 2010

Dancing with the Stars 2010 – DWTS Dances, Recap.  This week’s Dancing with the Stars started out great.  Last week, the show was the most widely watched show, eclipsing American Idol in popularity. The drama surrounding the show is so thick you could cut it with a knife – but that’s what keeps bringing people back.  Here are the highlights from last night’s Dancing with the Stars:

Evan Lysacek and his partner scored 27 after dancing a quick step – oh, and did we mention that Lysacek had two broken toes? That’s right! You couldn’t tell it by watching him but he was in agony.

Buzz Aldrin had a fitting performance that the judges were respectful of, although they gave him a score of 13 out of 30.  Many predict that he will be among the next to go home.

Jake Pavelka, the former Bachelor, entertained us with a quick step to Walk Like an Egyptian – scoring a 21.

Niecy Nash of Reno 911 danced a slow dance with her partner, which the judges hailed a s”Touching” and gave her a score of 21.

Chad Ochocinco hasn’t been the best dancer this season, but he and his partner got a score of 20 for last night’s performance – even though it looked like she was doing all the work.

Pamela Anderson got praise for being a good performer, but got a score of 21.  Looks like that’s the judges number for the night!

Aiden Turner “improved” over last week’s performance and he and his parter received a score of  20.

Erin Andrews has been getting death threats – even before joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars. She started her performance blindfolded, and received a score of 23 despite the judges claiming that the dance moved slow.

Kate Gosselin was “hard to watch” according to one judge, and was given a score of 15 – the second lowest of the week behind Buzz Aldrin.  Will we have a repeat of last week’s reluctance to send her home?

Nicole Scherzinger received a score of 23 and was chastised by the judges for not doing a “quick step” … still yet their performance was strong.

Who do you think will be voted off tomorrow night? Did you have any particular favorite performance?
