Walmart Racial Incident After Announcement By 16 Year Old. On Saturday police made an arrest in the case where someone made an announcement ordering all black people to leave the Walmart store in southern New Jersey. The boy according to police is to believe to be 16 years old.

The 16 year boy whose  name is being withheld to the public will appear in juvenile court in Atlantic County. The boy who Alleged ordered all black people to exit the Walmart has been charged with harassment and bias intimidation.

Police authorities are not giving out much information due to the fact the boy is a minor but did say that they are investigating whether the boy that made the announcement might have had a companion but the boy in question has not been charged with a crime.

The incident has offended many who were in the Walmart at the time and there was even rumors that some of the people inside the Walmart during the incident will not return.
