Alexander McQueen suicide: Cause of death rumors surround fashion designer.   British fashion designer and favorite of many stars Lee Alexander McQueen was found dead today in his residence.  There aren’t many details surrounding his death published, although suicide rumors abound.  

There are rumors that indicate that the famed designer hung himself in his residence.  If true, the death is the worst type of tragedy.  It’s a shocker to many, as McQueen’s 2010 Spring collection was hailed as his best collection yet.  Lady Gaga’s hit single “Bad Romance” was featured in the debut of the collection, and the eclectic singer wore his clothing head to toe in some of the scenes of the music video.

Of course, we can only speculate as to his cause of death at this time.  There likely won’t be many answers for at least the next couple of days.

 Looking back on McQueen’s career, you will see that he is truly an inspiration.  He never bowed down to the mainstream, and was somewhat of a rebel.  He had one collection featuring ripped clothing that was “inspired” by how rape victims looked.  While this type of display would ruin many designers, Alexander was able to overcome the shock.

We will keep you informed of the events that unfold surrounding the designer’s untimely death.  For those that aren’t aware, he was only 40.  Alexander McQueen will be sadly missed by all those who love fashion and style.
