Apple WWDC 2010 Live Feed – Get WWDC Twitter Feed Updates. Today is the start of the WWDC 2010 conference and Apple fans and techies all over the world are gearing up. At the moment we are writing this, the conference is gearing up to begin. Those who can’t be there need to know what is going on – and one way to do so is through live Twitter updates.

This year we are expecting a host of exciting events. The iPhone 4g is expected to be unveiled, a new OS X for Mac is expected to be unveiled and some people are keeping their fingers crossed for an announcement about a potential iPhone fro Verizon.
