Lost Series Finale Theories Abound After Strange Series Ending.  Leave it to Lost to leave us with an ending that wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.  You see, the series finale was about as strange as the whole season of Lost, where you had to keep up with each and every twist and turn.

The Lost Series finale raked in 13.5 million viewers, and likely 13.2 million of them were a little confused with the ending. This isn’t much of a surprise, though – and can be looked at as a GOOD thing. After all, the more uncertain the ending is, the more books can be wrote, the more theory forums can be opened and the more Lost can stay alive.

In addition, some people got more and more wrapped up into the science and physics of the show…but in the end it was the human aspect of things that was ultimately the motivating factor of the show.

So in the end, as the bright light descends on everyone as Christian opens the doors to the church…what does that mean? What is the symbolism and what was he point of the series?
