February 27th, 2010

Dawn Brancheau Funeral Arrangements and Obituary After Sea World Whale Attack.  The veteran whale trainer of over a decade Dawn Brancheau was killed after Tilly, a 12,000 pound bull orca whale, pulled her into his tank during a feeding.  The death happened at Sea World Orlando, and has prompted the suspension of the popular show.  Since Brancheau’s attack, everyone desires more information.  Where is the death video? What are her funeral arrangements? Where can I read her obituary?

Currently, funeral arrangements are pending after Dawn Brancheau’s death.  The tragedy just happened, and it’s likely that there’s still an official investigation open.  She will be laid to rest soon, but it’s not certain if her funeral or memorial will be private or public.

If public, her funeral could draw crowds of thousands of people all devastated by her death.  There are already hundreds of comments left on her obituary, which was posted on legacy.com yesterday.

Some say that Dawn’s long pony tail was at least partially to blame for her death.  She was reportedly growing out her hair for locks-of-love – a non-profit that takes donations of human hair and makes wigs for cancer patients.  However, there are still conflicting reports of whether or not the whale initiated the attack or if the incident was a tragedy.

Tilly the killer whale that killed the trainer won’t be removed from Sea World and won’t be euthanized.  There are also conflicting reports of whether or not the whale was acting ornery on the day of the attack.
